Summer Programs at Technion
Young scientists and aspiring entrepreneurs from around the world are invited to spend an exciting summer exploring science and business with peers from other nationalities at Technion. All of our programs are taught in English by the institute’s prominent faculty. In addition to getting a taste of academic life at Technion, students gain hands-on experience in their field of interest. Built into each program are social and cultural activities exploring Israel. The programs are run through Technion International and are between 4-5 weeks in length.
• Summer in Entrepreneurship with Professional Internship: Match study abroad options with degree requirements of your home university in a wide range of fields, and combine it with an internship at a high-tech company for credit!
• Summer School of Engineering & Science: A program designed for students interested in taking courses in engineering and science in the summer.
Short Programs at Technion
Technion teams up with partner universities in developing customized study programs that can enrich students’ knowledge in specialized fields of engineering and science, entrepreneurship and innovation, water technologies and innovation, and related areas. It is designed for future innovators who aspire to move ideas from concept to commercial success.
Program features include a tailored curriculum that correspond to the academic goals set out by the partner university combining academic studies with practical field work (that may be fully provided by Technion or in partnership with the visiting faculty). The study programs may run between 1-4 weeks in length and are designed for groups of up to 30 students. Exciting extracurricular activities and tours are also integrated into the program.
