Technion Jewish Day School Challenge

Announcing Technion’s Jewish Day School Challenge!

We’re excited to invite you to participate in our first-ever Technion Jewish Day School Challenge!  Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to build your own Rube Goldberg machine, in the spirit of Pesach.

Watch this welcome video from Peretz Lavie, President of Technion Israel Institute of Technology to learn more:

Ready, Set, Build!

  1. Read the guidelines
  2. Register your school
  3. Build your machine
  4. Record a video of your machine in action
  5. Submit your entry by March 21

All entries will be judged by a panel representing RAVSAK and the Technion.  Winning schools will be featured on the Technion YouTube channel as well as RAVSAK’s website, and will receive the following prizes:

  • First place: State-of-the-art 3D Printer for your maker space or science lab
  • Second place: Arduino electronics kits for your science class

If you have further questions, please reach out to Yael Steiner, RAVSAK Student Programs Coordinator.

Good luck!
