Before Departure Information

Dorms: Each building has a building manager whose job is to check students out of their dorms and confirm that the dorm room is clean and ready for use by the next student who comes to live there. The building manager’s name is on the board at the entrance of the building. An appointment with the building manager should be scheduled at least 3 days prior to departure.

Withdrawal from the Program Information

If you wish to withdraw from the program:

Sophomores

Winter Semester:

1. The $500 deposit payment is non-refundable.
2. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, by September 1st, you will be charged 10% of the winter semester’s tuition ($700), regardless of the reason of termination.
3. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, by November 5th, you will be charged the first payment (September), regardless of the reason of termination.
4. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, after November 5th, you will also be charged for the second payment (November), regardless of the reason of termination.

Spring Semester:

1. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, by March 17th, you will not be charged tuition for the spring semester.
2. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, by April 1rd, you will be charged the third payment (April), regardless of the reason of termination.
3. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, after April 1rd, you will also be charged for the fourth payment (June) payment, regardless of the reason of termination.

Juniors and Seniors

Winter Semester:

1. If your enrollment is terminated until one day before the begging of the academic year, you will not be charged tuition for this academic year.
2. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, by November 5th, you will be charged the first payment (November), regardless of the reason of termination.
3. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, after November 5th, you will also be charged for the second payment (January), regardless of the reason of termination.

Spring Semester:

1. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, by March 17th, you will not be charged tuition for the spring semester.
2. If your enrollment is terminated, voluntarily or otherwise, by April 1rd, you will be charged the third payment (April), regardless of the reason of termination.
