We offer PhD position in the cutting-edge field of 2D materials at the Technion Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering. This position offers a unique chance for individuals with a strong passion for groundbreaking research to contribute to transformative advancements in this rapidly evolving domain. The successful candidate will focus on the growth of 2D materials, including graphene, hexagonal boron nitride (hBN), and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs), using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) techniques. Additionally, they will be involved in the fabrication and characterization of electrical and optical devices based on these 2D materials.
