The Architecture Track’s primary mission is to harness architectural enterprise and research to perpetually challenge architectural and environmental thinking and advance new, experimental ideas that challenge conventions of design of the physical environment. Full Time Tenured/Tenure-Track Positions in Architecture. The positions are open to junior as well as senior academics. Salary and compensation will be comparable with Israeli University standards and a generous start-up fund. Qualifications: Successful candidates will demonstrate an exemplary scholarship/professional practice and teaching record in their field Comparable with their current rank. Preference will be given to applicants that hold at least one degree in Architecture and a Ph.D. degree in Architecture or related Fields. Successful candidates will be expected to conduct cutting-edge research, supervise Master’s theses and Ph.D. dissertations and teach undergraduate and graduate level courses. Rank will be determined in accordance with the candidate’s record. Teaching may be conducted in English. We are especially, but not exclusively, interested in candidates specializing in 1. Historic Preservation; 2. History and theory of Architecture; 3. Urbanism and Urban Design.
